    Hello Riley! Some of my favorite ways to get ginger in my diet is by adding a slice to my hot tea – cut up a chunk of fresh ginger (no need to peel) and pour boiling water over it, add a little honey, a little lemon, num. You can also get prepared ginger (check the label!) and add it to your stir-fry, your smoothies, salad, possibilities are endless. Let us know what you find you like the most!
